Regency Walk

Thornsett, in partnership with Westminster Community Homes and Westminster City Council, completed this gated scheme in the heart of Westminster. The project comprised 32 apartments, an underground car park and a street cleansing depot. Originally a garage and then more recently a building used as part street cleansing depot and part storage, the development was phased in such a way that allowed the street cleansing operations to continue on site throughout the construction programme. Construction completed in September 2016.
