Parkside St Peters, Battersea

Thornsett were selected, by the local parish council and the Diocese of Southwark, as the development partner for this project which comprises the construction of a church/community building and 69 apartments. The Diocese will take back the church/community centre and a number of apartments. The agreement is structured on an open book basis and so the landowner will benefit from overages on sales of both the private and affordable units. Whilst there is a planning consent in place, Thornsett are in discussions with the local authority to maximise the gross development value and improve upon the external design of the building.
