Sesame Apartments, Battersea

Thornsett Group worked with the Trustees of the Caius House charity to create a new community facility on the ground and first floors of this exciting new building along with 80 one and two bedroom apartments. The new state-of-the-art community facility includes a two storey sports hall, gymnasium, rehearsal space and music recording studio. The development also benefits from underground car parking and its close proximity to the River Thames and local amenities. The land consideration provided an endowment for the future of the charity.
